The International Conference of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) 2014 will take pace at UNESCO’s Headquarters in Paris (France) from 15 to 17 December 2014.
This conference brings together all of UNESCO’s NGO partner and is an element of the collective cooperation enshrined in the Directives concerning UNESCO’s partnership with NGOs.
The 2014 Conference will focus on the theme “Re-enchanting the World with the Post 2015 Development Agenda” and will be organized around four subthemes :
- The involvement of NGOs for the Promotion of Quality Education in Post 2015 Agenda
- Water and Sustainable Development : From Awareness – Raising to Decision Making
- Enhancing Cultural Heritage and Fostering the Diversity of Cultural Expression
- Climate Change : Acting Now
